Regional Operations

Elixaverta operates exclusively within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We do not accept orders or ship products to locations outside of Hong Kong. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a resident of Hong Kong or are providing a valid delivery address within this region. All transactions and agreements are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

Processing and Transit Timelines

We strive to get your new wardrobe additions to you as quickly as possible. Our delivery process is divided into two distinct phases:

  • Order Packaging:Once your order is placed, we require 1 business day to package your items and prepare them for shipping.
  • Transit Time:After the package is handed over to our logistics partners, delivery typically takes an additional 1 to 2 business days.
  • Total Timeline:You can expect your order to arrive at your doorstep within 2 to 3 business days& from the date of purchase.

Payment Method

We operate using a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. This means you do not pay anything online. You provide the full payment to the delivery agent at your doorstep. There are no hidden fees, and we do not apply any shipping costs. The price you see on the website is the final amount you pay upon arrival.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time as long as the product is still in our warehouse. However, once the item has been dispatched and is in the hands of our logistics providers, the delivery must be completed. Please ensure your order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Eligibility and Timeline

We offer a 30-day return policy that begins the day your package is delivered. We want to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. Returns are accepted under the following specific conditions:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product is incorrect (wrong style or color).
  • The size delivered does not match your order.

Return Process

If you encounter any of the issues mentioned above, please email us at support@elixaverta.com. We will arrange a courier pickup from your address at no cost to you. Once the item returns to our facility, our team takes 24 hours to inspect its condition.

Resolutions

Following inspection, we will either arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or, if the item is no longer available or the damage cannot be fixed, we will issue a full refund. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Procedure

Since we operate on a COD basis, we do not have your billing details on file. If a refund is approved, we will contact you via email to request your bank details. We provide refunds exclusively through bank transfers. Once we receive your details and initiate the transfer, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your specific banking provider.

Final Sale Policy Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests due to a change of mind. We encourage all customers to review their selections cautiously and ensure they are certain about their purchase before placing an order.
