The journey of your new dress begins the moment you click the "order" button. Once we receive your request, our team starts the preparation phase. This internal processing time is dedicated to selecting your items from our inventory, performing a quality check to ensure the garment meets our standards, and securely packaging the product for transport.
We dedicate exactly 1 business day to this preparation phase. During this time, we ensure that the address provided is within our service area in Hong Kong and that the parcel is properly labeled for our logistics partners. Because we operate using a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, we do not require any payment processing time before we start packing. This allows us to move quickly to get your order ready for the next stage of its journey.
Once the preparation phase is complete and the package is handed over to our local logistics providers, the transit phase begins. This is the period when your order is physically moving through the Hong Kong delivery network to reach your specific address.
The transit phase typically takes between 1 and 2 business days. Our logistics partners are experts in navigating the various districts of Hong Kong, ensuring that your package is handled with efficiency. Since our operations are focused solely on this region, we avoid the delays often associated with international shipping or customs inspections.
During this phase, the delivery personnel will organize their route to arrive at your doorstep during standard hours. Please remember that because we are a COD-only business, you should have the total amount ready for the delivery agent, as we do not have hidden fees or additional shipping costs.
To give you a clear expectation of when you will receive your order, we provide a total estimated window that combines both phases mentioned above. By adding the 1 business day for internal processing and the 1 to 2 business days for transit, the total time for your order to arrive is between 2 and 3 business days.
We aim to stay within this 3-business-day window for all orders. However, it is important to note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong. Orders placed on a Friday or during a weekend will begin their preparation phase on the following Monday.
Elixaverta operates exclusively within Hong Kong. We do not offer shipping to international locations or mainland China. By focusing our logistics within this single region, we can maintain the speed and reliability our customers expect.
